This product is great EXCEPT it arrived having melted into the cap and has a grainy texture (photo). I opted to send it back and received my replacement today. Unfortunately, it arrived in the exact same condition. The product has melted into the cap and texture is grainy. I will keep both as the product is great but I won't be reordering until they can figure out how to ship their lip balms without it melting.
